This retreat will take you in a deep and loving therapeutic experience, where your will see with awareness the history of your family in your heart and how this has affected in all different ways your current reality.
Come and live this beautiful retreat with Carmela and Mónica.
Batsù Journey has devoted many years to the manifestation of the heart path and this time we will live it in Río Chirripó Lodge where costarican nature truly manifests.
You will feel the space needed to go deep into your inner work and stand strong on your path.
During a whole week you will join Carmela in daily meditations, yoga practices, sound bath sessions and Rapé medicine application.
You will also receive the gift and wisdom from Mónica in a full Family Constellations immersion along with Systemic workshops to unfold the self discovery.

Teachers
Carmela Valverde
Carmela is a Costarican yoga instructor and psychologist. For 7 years she ran her Yoga Batsù studio in San Jose and today she enjoys the blessing of creating wellness journeys in Costa Rica. For the past seventeen years, she has been dedicated to the nurturing of the body, mind, and heart through the practice of yoga and meditation, combined with unique healing techniques such as Thai massage, Sound therapy, and the application of the sacred medicine Rapé. In this phase of her life, she fully dedicates her time and energy to providing and creating experiences that guide others into the path of the heart, of presence and loving acceptance of one's journey.
Mónica Mourguiart
Monica is one of those individuals who, from a very young age, has sought to understand and relate to the world in a non-conventional way. She discovered the practice of yoga 24 years ago when she began her studies as a floral and body therapist. She has 18 years of specialization in prenatal yoga and 14 years of experience in supporting births as a companion or doula. She has been working with elderly adults for 8 years. For the past 5 years, she has been involved with Family Constellations, and currently, she is specializing in supporting processes of grief and death. In her work, she finds

Río Chirripó is a magnificent boutique lodge located at the base of the tallest mountain in Costa Rica called also Cerro Chirripó. Beautiful mountains surround the venue and the majestic Chirripó River runs through the Lodge. You will also be able to book massages at their gorgeous spa and enjoy the swimming pool as well as their two jacuzzis placed right by the river.
