• Every item you are receiving from us needs to be returned in the same condition. • Your stay starts to count from the day of your arrival, not the day after surgery. • Visitor time is from 9 am to 11 am and 2 pm to 4 pm • You need to make sure the amount of days you have booked with us match the amount of days included in your surgery package. Additional days will be charged. Rate starts at $65 USD per day. •Breakfast time is from 8 am to 9 am- Lunch is 12 pm to 1 pm- Snack at 4 pm- Dinner 7 pm-7:30 pm • Nurses are now allowed to cook. The kitchen closes at 7 pm. After the chef is gone no meals/juice/snacks will be prepared. Only the food that is already cooked can be served by the nurses. • Guests are not allowed to go into the kitchen or laundry room, neither to open the fridge of the house. • Please, do not use towels as rugs. • Do not throw tissue/paper/maxi pads in the toilet. The toilets will get clogged because of that. • The TVs need to be turned off at 10pm or kept on low volume if your roommates agree. • You must respect the peace of the other guests: No loud noises at any time. No talking loud on the phone after 10pm. No going into someone else’s room without permission. No switching beds or rooms without authorization from our staff. • Massages are provided in an order. Please do not take off your faja or go to the spa without being called first. • Visitors won’t be allowed in the building without previous notice. • Talking down on our staff, mistreatment, disrespect will not be tolerated. It will mean the termination of your stay with us. • We provide transportation for your doctor appointments and one airport round trip only. Additional airport trips will have additional cost. Additional doctor appointments that are not related to your surgeon (dentist, dermatologist, etc.) will have additional cost. Trips to the grocery store will have additional cost. The driver is not allowed to make stops during medical trips. • After surgery you can´t go out without making arrangements for your massage of the day with the masseuse directly. She´s not required to wait for a patient who is not present. • We make 2 rounds to check on operated patients during night time. One at 1 am and one at 3 am. • You will receive a nurse call button once after you have surgery • We keep our front door locked for your safety. If you have to go out with a driver that is not ours, you will need to notify us and provide us with a number to contact your driver for your safety.
