Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

DEPOSIT: A deposit is due at the time of booking of the Services. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Patients are responsible for all debit/credit card and wire transaction fees such as foreign transaction fees. In case of a medical issue that prevents patient from having surgery after arrival, she/he are entitled to a partial refund from the recovery house. If Patient leaves the recovery house before their contracted discharge date, there is NO refund of unused days.
