• Every article provided to you by our establishment must be returned in an unaltered state. • The commencement of your stay is counted from your day of arrival, excluding the day subsequent to the surgery. • Visiting hours are allocated from 9 am to 11 am and from 2 pm to 4 pm. • It is imperative to ensure that the duration of your reserved stay aligns with the inclusion of days specified in your surgery package. Supplementary days will incur additional charges, commencing at a rate of $65 USD per day. • The schedule for meals is as follows: Breakfast from 8 am to 9 am, Lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm, Snack at 4 pm, and Dinner from 7 pm to 7:30 pm. • The nursing staff is no longer permitted to engage in culinary activities. The kitchen closes at 7 pm, and subsequent to the departure of the chef, no provisions or meals will be prepared. Only pre-prepared food can be served by the nursing staff. • Entry to the kitchen, laundry room, and refrigerator is restricted to guests. • We kindly request that towels not be utilized as floor coverings. • To prevent plumbing issues, refrain from disposing of tissue, paper, or maxi pads in the toilet. • Television sets should be turned off by 10 pm or maintained at a low volume, provided your roommates concur. • Respect for fellow guests is paramount: Maintain a noise-free environment at all times. Avoid loud phone conversations after 10 pm. Unauthorized access to other guests' rooms is strictly prohibited, as is the relocation of beds or rooms without explicit authorization from our personnel. • Massages are administered according to a predetermined sequence. Prior to removing your faja or visiting the spa, await a specific call from the masseuse. • Access to the premises will be denied to unannounced visitors. • Instances of derogatory remarks, mistreatment, or disrespect towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of your stay. • We offer transportation for medical appointments and one round-trip to the airport. Additional airport transfers will incur supplementary charges. Non-surgeon related appointments (e.g., dentist, dermatologist) will also result in additional charges. Trips to the grocery store will likewise entail extra costs. During medical trips, the driver is prohibited from making stops. • Following surgery, scheduling arrangements with the masseuse are requisite before leaving the premises for the day. The masseuse will not be obliged to wait for absent patients. • We conduct two nighttime rounds to check on patients recovering from surgery, at 1 am and 3 am. • Upon undergoing surgery, you shall receive a nurse call button. • For security purposes, our front door remains locked. Should you need to leave with a non-affiliated driver, notify us and provide their contact details for your safety. Your agreement to adhere to these regulations is a prerequisite for availing accommodation within our facility.
