- CANCELLATION POLICIESIn case of a medical issue that prevents you from having surgery after arrival, you are entitled to a partial refund from the recovery house for all unused days. In case of cancellation of surgery before departure, you are entitled to a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If you leave the recovery house before your contracted discharge date, there is NO refund of unused days.

Recovery Retreats
I have Booked through Recovery Retreats several times and stayed at Carolina Nunez Recovery House. The staff are all sweet and friendly! Food is delicious! Accommodations are so comfortable! Whenever a slight issue or question is asked; Carolina and/or her staff are readily to solve and make you as comfortable and have your stay as pleasant as possible!! Definitely a high recommendation and a high five star review!!!!
