Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT INFORMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES A full refund is allowed within 24 hours after reserving. After 24 hours booking deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are good for 12 months. Patients are responsible for paying the remaining balance in CASH to the recovery house upon arrival. In case of a medical issue that prevents you from having surgery after arrival, you are entitled to a partial refund from the recovery house for all used days. In case of cancellation of surgery before departure, you are entitled to a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If you leave the recovery house before your contracted discharge date, there is NO refund of unused days.
