Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible.

  • 50% Refund – Cancellations made 30 days or more before the date of arrival or service will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refunds – Cancellations made less than 30 days before the date of arrival or service are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
  • The date of cancellation is determined by the date the written notice is received.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • In the event you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the start date.
