In case of a medical issue that prevents you from having surgery after arrival, you are entitled to a partial refund from the recovery house for all unused days. In case of cancellation of surgery before departure, you are entitled to a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If you leave the recovery house before your contracted discharge date, there is NO refund of unused days.
